TRANSLATION SERVICES

Purpose

The customer must always indicate in writing what the intended use of the translated document will be. Unless this is requested by the client then all translations are provided for information use only that will be of a high enough standard for general correspondence.

If the customer, then wishes to use the translation for any other purpose than it was intended then they will have to obtain information in writing from the company in order to do so.

Quotes

No agreement between the customer and client shall begin until the customer has accepted the quotation for the job.

All quotations are given on the basis of the clients source material and their description of the job as well as the purpose of the translation. Such quotations may be amended at any time, if, at our sole discretion, the description of the source material is inaccurate.

Payments

All payments must be made in full and up front before work commences.

Visa and Mastercard are the accepted forms of payments, and all payments are processed through a secure payment platform.

Delivery

All the work will be delivered electronically via email and the customer will choose their delivery date by choosing from three options including same-day delivery, 24 hours, and standard delivery which comes in 5-7 days.

Cancellations and refunds

If the customer cancels the work and the translation has already begun, then the customer will still be liable for all charges. Refunds are not accepted and will only be considered in very rare circumstances. this includes if the translated document differs greatly from the source material.
